Pick-ups from our Headquarters in Beirut, Kouraytem happen during the following hours only:
-Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM till 5:00 PM.
-Saturday from 9:00 AM till 3:00 PM.
Kindly note that you have to inform us of your pickup before hand to allow for a swift pick-up process.
For international orders, payments have to be processed in USD and paid for online through our gateway on the website.
For orders in Lebanon, payments have to be processed in either fresh USD or at the market rate once you RECEIVE your order in CASH.
Orders inside Lebanon tend to take from 1 – 10 working days depending on the area and item.
Orders outside Lebanon vary between each country.
